CSQ provided Project Management services for the refurbishment of Pullman Hotel Al Marjan Island, including the lobby, lobby café, all-day dining, Sunset Hub pool area and a new steel-framed glasshouse extension.
The works were delivered within a fixed shutdown window, with all areas completed and handed over within 10 weeks ahead of peak season.
CSQ also provided Cost Management services for the Sunset Hub pool area under a separate scope.
