Meet Emma Harvey: The new face of Facility Management Consultancy at CSQ

Following the launch of its new Facility Management Consultancy, CSQ are pleased to announce the appointment of Emma Harvey as Director and Head of Facility Management Consulting.

Emma brings nearly 20 years of experience across facility management, property management, and project management. Her background includes both operational and strategic leadership roles, giving her a deep understanding of how to align day-to-day building operations with long-term asset strategies.

Throughout her career, Emma has led FM operations for major portfolios, developed systems to improve building performance, and supported smooth transitions from construction to occupancy. She is known for her ability to translate technical requirements into practical, value-driven solutions for clients.

“What drew me to CSQ wasthe vision to embed FM consultancy throughout the project lifecycle,” saysEmma. “It’s about helping clients think beyond delivery, making sure that fromday one, assets are designed and operated with efficiency, sustainability, anduser experience in mind.”

In her new role, Emma will lead the growth of CSQ’s Facility ManagementConsultancy offering, supporting clients across sectors such as commercial,residential, hospitality, mixed-use and cultural developments. Her appointmentreflects CSQ’s continued investment in high-calibre talent and its commitmentto providing full lifecycle support from construction to handover andsteady-state operations.
